We invite you to join us for some fun and fitness -- and the challenge of navigating your way around a course using only a map and compass. We also have a number of permanent courses that can be done in your own time. All you need is an hour or so of spare time, a smart-phone and a free app called MapRun6. These permanent courses will be added to over time so do check back occasionally for new courses.
